Our Employees
Apart from our administrative staff, everybody that works for
TSD Ltd is a technician. Each technician is fully trained in
house and through approved manufacturer courses. TSD has always
ensured that our technical staff are fully up to speed on all
the latest technology and encourage staff to take full advantage
of courses, exams & qualifications provided by the various
suppliers and manufacturers we use.
The Company
TSD was started as a "one man band" in
1994 by our Managing Director Michael Moyse. Growth has been
controlled and the focus has been on customer retention. As a
result, most new clients have come to us through recommendation
from existing clients. We have deliberately kept the customer
base to a manageable size for the number of staff which means
that we have at times had to turn work away but has ensured that
customers have been able to get an engineer when they need it
and not when the next one is available. We have also sought to
supply our services to businesses within a short travelling
distance for the same reasons.
The geographical areas we cover are Bicester, Brackley, Banbury, Towcester,
Buckingham, Stony Stratford, Milton Keynes, Bedford, Northampton and Aylesbury

We
were one of the first companies to join The Professional
Computing Association which is a trade
association with a code of practice to which we proud to adhere
to. This means you can be sure of a good standard of service and
in the unlikely event that anything should go wrong, a third
party arbitration service is available to resolve any issues.
We no longer build our own PCs and servers.
Instead these days we will supply pre-built systems or specify
Dell, Fujitsu Siemens & HP hardware where appropriate.
We are Microsoft Small Business Specialists and Microsoft Authorised Education
Resellers. We offer fixed price maintenance contracts with 24 hour monitoring
and no labour fees.
We will work with with you to help you 
plan your new IT systems or advise you
on how you can get the best out of what you already have. We
will talk to you and your staff and most
importantly listen to what you want and what your concerns are.
It is only by fully understanding your business that we can even
begin to formulate a solution that fits your needs and budget.
